Terms of Service

1. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a teacher account.
Account access and publishing privileges may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Accounts will temporarily lock after 5 consecutive failed login attempts for protection against unauthorized access.

2. Intellectual Property & Patents Declaration

Teachers retain intellectual property rights to their proprietary course materials, provided registered patents and exclusive content are declared in writing via email to Insight Evolution upon account creation.

Unless an explicit written agreement or copyright affidavit is provided within 7 days of account creation, content published directly to the platform grants Insight Evolution a standard non-exclusive operating license for distribution.

3. Purchase & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully.

Insight Evolution tutorials are delivered digitally in audio, video, and PDF formats. Once purchased and unlocked by a student, digital items are non-refundable.

Teachers must clearly communicate this non-refundable policy to prospective learners.

Learners are responsible for ensuring they have adequate devices and a stable network connection to access course materials.

Technical access issues must be reported to Insight Evolution support or the instructor via official platform messaging for assistance.

4. Pricing & Payment Processing

Course pricing is displayed in the designated currency at checkout.
Payments and teacher payouts are securely processed through integrated payment gateways.
By publishing paid content, teachers acknowledge that all completed digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Insight Evolution, you agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate communications to students, staff, or other instructors.
Publish misleading course descriptions, false qualifications, or deceptive content.
Bypass payment gateways or attempt unauthorized access to restricted platform areas.
Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized data collection tools.
Interfere with platform security, server stability, or overall functionality.
Use the platform for any illegal, infringing, or fraudulent activities.

6. Course Materials and Physical Kits

Accreditation Notice

Teachers must explicitly state whether a course or workshop is accredited or non-accredited.

Kit Selection: During course creation, teachers must select the designated kit checkbox if the workshop requires a physical learning kit. This selection determines the applicable commission structure.

Supply Chain & Management: To allow teachers to focus entirely on instruction, Insight Evolution manages the sourcing, assembly, and delivery of physical kits. Teachers opting to include kits must submit a detailed list of required workshop materials to Insight Evolution prior to course launch.

Delivery Timelines: Physical kit delivery typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on component availability, production schedules, and shipping destination. Status updates will be provided to learners accordingly.

7. Account Termination

Insight Evolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or publish prohibited content. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, access to platform management tools and associated course listings will be revoked without compensation.

8. Warranties & Liability Disclaimers

Course materials are produced by independent teachers and reflect their personal expertise. Insight Evolution does not guarantee the complete accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of third-party course content.

While Insight Evolution performs basic compliance reviews, teachers are solely responsible for ensuring their materials do not violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

Teachers will be held fully liable for any copyright infringement, plagiarism, or unauthorized content published under their account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Insight Evolution is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Insight Evolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, system downtime, or loss of data.

10. Updates to Terms

Insight Evolution reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. Material updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
