We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or dispute resolution purposes.
Registered patents and exclusive courses must be declared in writing via email to Insight Evolution for acknowledgement.
Courses, content and Mentorships not declared within 7 days of account creation are to remain the property of Insight Evolution.

Teachers who created account and make content in the Insight Evolution platforms acknowledge, accept and emphasize to the students that Insight Evolution Tutorials are in Audio, Video and PDF format. Once purchased, they are non-refundable.
The Teacher is well aware that the client or the Learner who purchases Insight Evolution Tutorials and declares that they have reviewed the App prospectus and the privacy policy of the company and therefore accept and acknowledge the payment terms that when the tutorials are purchased, unlocked and released for learning, they are no longer refundable.
These are non-refundable items. Clients must ensure data networks are proper and have good signal to access tutorials.
Any access issues after purchase should be reported to Insight Evolution directly or to the relevant Teachers via email or private chats for assistance.

Copyright Notice
All exclusive copyrights, designs, logos, documents and contents created or used in the Insight Evolution platform must be declared for acknowledgement to Insight Evolution. If not declared they will remain the property of Insight Evolution in 7 days unless otherwise notified in writing to Insight Evolution by the relevant Teacher who has retained copyright ownership through prior written affidavit.
Courses or workshops can be either accredited or non accredited. Then teachers are to advise their users or applicants or students in that regard. Where courses include physical materials or learning kits, these are manufactured or supplied by Insight Evolution on behalf of teachers unless otherwise specified. Quality and delivery of materials are subject to availability and shipping conditions.
Kit Supply Information
Teachers must decide to include kits or not on the creation of courses. A circular checkbox is provided to indicate that the specific course includes kits or not. This will also be used to determine which commission applies in that regard. Please review the commissions on account creation.
Teachers are being advised and encouraged to include kits in their workshop courses because Insight Evolution's mission is to promote home learning and to achieve this is to supply users with home learning kits to learn from and start business with.
In this regard Insight Evolution will take over the commercial part of the kits and teachers must focus only on their teachings and add their preferred commissions or profits. Teachers must advise Insight Evolution with the list of their workshops items that must be used by the students at home so that they can be prepared instantly to be delivered to their respective students, users or applicants.
Delivery takes within range 3 to 6 weeks depending on the factors of shipping, production and availability. Advises and Notifications on the status of kits will be supplied.
If a teacher decides not to include the kit then the checkbox must not be ticked. Just to emphasize that Insight Evolution becomes the supply chain or management of the teachers' learning materials so that teachers should focus only with one thing which is teaching.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Any illicit materials are not allowed in this platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all enrolled courses without refund.
Course content is created by independent teachers and reflects their knowledge and opinions. Insight Evolution does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any course. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from applying course content.
Insight Evolution will not be held liable for any misleading information provided by teachers or account creators. Teachers are encouraged to verify teacher credentials, patents, copyrights, documents, designs and course content claims independently where applicable.
Insight Evolution cannot promise or guarantee that it can fulfil a perfect verification however it will conduct its verification deemed to be satisfactory sufficient however still Insight Evolution will not be held liable if the Teachers have abused the platform by conducting stolen materials or content. Teachers in this regard will be completely held liable.
Teachers must from time to time update terms and policies of their courses.
Insight Evolution is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
